SUP MY PRETTIES. A couple things about this journal:

My interest in American comic books has returned with a tremendous vengeance so expect a lot of blathering about that, which will most likely consist of me posting panels I find amusing interspersed with my inane commentary. Most of you are animufags so you're probably not interested, but I don't care because this is my journal and that's what I want to talk about, SO THERE

I am thisclose to graduating high school; in fact, AP season is upon us, so I've only got about a month left. Still, I would give my left leg to be able to graduate sooner, so there will be a lot of college talk and venting of pent-up anticipation as well.

Once I get my tablet you will be subjected to my scribbly, mangled attempts at "artwork" as I produce them. It will be an ordeal. You have been warned. I would just spam you now but they're all in my sketchbook and I'm too lazy to scan them, and they are also embarrassing and terrible. I wish I'd started drawing when I was a newborn like everybody else so that I could have gone through the horrifyingly amateur stage back when I still thought it was Good Artsing, but oh well, too late now, just gotta suck it up.

Nobody cares but me, but I got new headphones yesterday! They're like Minato's, only red, and they are really comfortable and have retractable cords (a big plus, as part of the reason mine always break is that the cords always get caught on things), and they were on clearance, so a good find all around.

Still need to find some new icons.
